What is Cultural Immersion Media (CIMedia)?
Cultural Immersion Media is a service platform where content creators own and control their content. It is our objective to provide a platform for conscious content creators as we build a new narrative reflective of diasporic, spectrum-oriented experiences. We are also committed to the creation of vivid online communities and bridging the gap between content creators and audience.
Does that mean there are only Black people on the CIMedia?
No. But we do cater to and prioritize independent content creators of African diasporic descent. At CIMedia inclusivity is at the core of our mission, if you have dope, original, inclusive, culturally relevant content we want to see it!
What is the hosting Platform for CIMedia? Where will my content be shown?
Our host platform is ROKU. Our channel will go live in February 2021.
Will you be expanding to more platforms?
We have plans to expand to Amazon Firestick, Apple TV, and AndroidTV in 2022 with further expansion in the future.
What type of content are you looking for?
We are collecting original content that offers relevant and authentic depictions of Black life and interests. And we are currently in search of all types of content: Podcasts, documentaries, talk-shows, cook shows, adventuring, dance, game shows, movies, short films, animation, music videos, poetry, music performances, child-focused media (storytelling, exercise, art). And we are open to new ideas...you name it we are looking for it…that content that you have been dreaming about, you’ve been thinking about. It's time to put it out there...We are looking for your story, from your perspective.

We are creating an open door for content creators who have not had access to these platforms before. At CIMedia you own your content.
Two free Ads
Each content slot comes with a 30-second ad and a 15-second ad. Therefore all content on our platform will be advertised, unlike most streaming services.
Content Curation
The third thing that sets us apart is curation …the collecting of similar content new, original African diasporic ideas, thinkers, speakers, actors, cooks, news, sports… that we have yet to experience… because you have to make it.

What is a Content Curator? What is a Content Curation Representative?
Content Curation is tied to our leadership team. Our Vice Presidents are responsible for creating teams to seek-out, collect and discover new content. Information forms are collected and given to VP teams based on their education/work background and specialty areas. Their teams then contact our content creators and walk them through the platform options available at CIMedia. Our Content Curation teams headed by our Vice Presidents are at the heart of what makes CIMedia.
Does Cultural Immersion Media Production LLC own my content?
No. Content Creators remain full ownership of their original content being streamed in CIMedia.
Does Cultural Immersion Media Production LLC own any content?
Yes, we do, as do our VP’s and we are currently in the process of creating more new content.
